   Proposal Description:
   Specific Aims:    1. Characterize American Indian Uniform Data Set (UDS) neuropsychological performance with respect to age, sex, education level, language, socioeconomic status indicators, and health status at initial ADRC visit and compare these UDS scores to neuropsychological performance of the American Indians in the Strong Heart Stroke Study and the Urban Pilot Expansion of the Strong Heart Stroke Study of the American Indian and Alaska Natives.                             2. Characterize neuropathology and brain autopsy data from American Indian NACC cases.                                                                            3. Characterize the health risk factors for the American Indian???s diagnosed with prevalent dementia or MCI compared to age and sex matched White, Hispanic, and African American NACC participants at the initial ADRC visit.
